We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in validating AI/ML-driven applications, including web platforms, APIs, databases, chatbots, and predictive models. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, chatbot and AI feature validation, performance and load testing, and end-to-end regression management. Strong exposure to Selenium/Cypress, API and database testing, CI/CD integration, release management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. The role requires designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, building scalable automation frameworks, and ensuring reliability, scalability, seamless integration, and high-quality delivery across front-end, back-end, and AI-powered enterprise systems.
Must Have Technical Skills
- Well-versed in SDLC and STLC processes.
- Proficient in web application testing.
- Strong manual + automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).

Job Responsibilities
- Execute API testing, focusing on data validation with client APIs.
- Write and execute comprehensive test cases for web and AI-powered features.
- Log and track bugs effectively ensure timely resolution.
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies and Agile workflows.
- Support and execute regression cycles to maintain product stability.
- Learn and contribute to the development of automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Utilize Selenium for automation testing to ensure robust and reusable test scripts.
- Conduct API testing to validate the functionality and performance of backend services.
- Perform database testing to verify data integrity and accuracy across various environments.
- Execute load and performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness and stability under various scenarios.
- Implement regression testing strategies to ensure that new code changes do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
- Integrate continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines to enhance release cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality software releases.
- Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing defects throughout the testing phase.
- Manage release cycles effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Develop and execute test strategies specific to AI and machine learning applications, focusing on chatbot functionalities and AI prompt engineering.
