Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Connect6 Lite AI chatbot (“Connect6 Lite” or the “Service”) provided by Bay6.ai Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By signing up for and/or using Connect6 Lite, you (“Company,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Connect6 Lite is a free, limited-feature version of our Connect6 platform. It delivers a branded AI chatbot for knowledge base Q&A, deployed via a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.

2. Eligibility

To use Connect6 Lite, you must:

• Be a legal business entity;
• Provide accurate and truthful company details during signup;
• Have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

3. License and Use Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Connect6 Lite for your internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the chatbot;
• Reverse engineer or modify the system;
• Request or expect functionality beyond what is expressly described on the Connect6 Lite web page.

No customization or development services beyond the standard configuration advertised will be provided.

4. Content Responsibility and Legal Use

You are solely responsible for the data, documents, and other content you upload or use with Connect6 Lite (“Customer Content”).

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and submit the Customer Content;
• Your use of the Service will not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, data protection, or privacy rights.

We assume no responsibility or liability for:

• The legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of the chatbot content;
• Any legal claims, disputes, or regulatory issues arising from how you use the chatbot or what it says.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your Customer Content.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

By using Connect6 Lite, you grant us a limited license to process your Customer Content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Data processing and storage will occur through AWS and its related services, under their terms and compliance policies.

6. Marketing Consent

By signing up for Connect6 Lite, you agree to be added to our marketing database. You explicitly consent to receive:

• Emails and communications about our products and services;
• Updates about Connect6 and related offerings.

You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe links provided in our emails.

7. Service Term and Future Pricing

The initial term of the free Connect6 Lite plan is one (1) year from the date of activation.

After the one-year term:

• We reserve the right to begin charging a nominal fee of $200 per month for continued use;
• You will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel the Service before billing begins; 
• If you continue to use the Service after the one-year term without cancelling, you agree to the applicable monthly fee.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Service’s functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee any specific result, accuracy, or compliance of the chatbot with legal or industry-specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to Connect6 Lite shall not exceed $100.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Connect6 Lite at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination:

• Your access will be discontinued;
• We may delete any Customer Content or chatbot configurations after a reasonable period;
• These Terms will survive termination with respect to any past use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes via email or in-app messages. Continued use of Connect6 Lite after updates means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
