Claim your Free Model Prototype

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Model6 Lite service (“Model6 Lite” or the “Service”) provided by Bay6.ai Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By signing up for and/or using Model6 Lite, you (“Company,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. 

1. Service Description

Model6 Lite is a free prototype service designed to help companies explore whether their historical data contains predictive signals relevant to their business problems. 

• You will collaborate with our data science team to ideate and test feasibility.
• The deliverable is a report only that summarizes findings, including: 
• Integration of the prototype model into the Model6 platform is not included in this free service. 

You understand and agree that: 

• You must provide your historical data to us for analysis for the Service to function;
• The quality and volume of the prototype’s output depend directly on the quality and completeness of the data you provide; 
• You retain ownership of all data you provide (“Customer Data”);
• You grant Bay6 a limited license to use your Customer Data solely for the purpose of developing the prototype and preparing the report. 

2. Eligibility

To use Model6 Lite, you must: 

• Be a legal business entity;
• Provide accurate and truthful company details during signup; 
• Have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

3. License and Use Rights 

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Model6 Lite for your internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms.

Model6 Lite is provided strictly as an exploratory prototype exercise. You understand and agree that: 

• The Service is limited to producing a report only; 
• No production model, integration, or implementation into the Model6 platform will be delivered as part of this free service; 
• Any further work toward production implementation will require a separate paid engagement.

4. Content Responsibility and Legal Use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide your Customer Data. 

You represent and warrant that: 

• You have full rights to use, share, and provide your data to Bay6;
• Your data does not violate any intellectual property, confidentiality, or data protection obligations.

Bay6 assumes no responsibility or liability for: 

• Legal issues, disputes, or claims that may arise from your Customer Data;
• Any third-party claims related to the use of your data in developing the prototype.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any such claims. 

5. Data Usage and Privacy

By using Model6 Lite, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Data processing and storage will occur through AWS and its related services, under their terms and compliance policies.

6. Marketing Consent

By signing up for Model6 Lite, you agree to be added to our marketing database. You explicitly consent to receive: 

• Emails and communications about our products and services; 
• Updates about Model6 and related offerings. 

You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe links provided in our emails.

7. Service Term and Future Pricing

If you decide to proceed beyond the prototype phase (Model6 Lite): 

• Bay6 may charge fees to recoup its investment in developing the prototype;
• Details of such fees are available in the Pricing section under the label Model6 Pro; 
• Engagement terms, deliverables, and pricing will be set out in a separate agreement. 

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Service’s functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee any specific result, accuracy, or compliance of the chatbot with legal or industry-specific requirements. 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; 
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to Model6 Lite shall not exceed $100.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Model6 Lite at any time, with or without cause. 

Upon termination:

• Your access will be discontinued;
• We will delete any data after a reasonable period with two business days;
• These Terms will survive termination with respect to any past use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes via email or in-app messages. Continued use of Model6 Lite after updates means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
